Chapter 7 Summary

  Millicent Winship had a daughter named Whitney,who just abandon her son and husband,moved to Paris and opened a cheese shop there.Millicent also had to raise her only grandson Duane Jr.When Millicent was visiting Duane Scrod Sr,she told him where was her grandson and why did Duane Scrod had not  answering his telephone message from 2 nights.Eventually  he and his parrot did not know where Duane Jr. is.Duane Scrod told Millicent that there was a fire from Big Cypress,which only make Millicent roll her eyes like not again.Duane Scrod also told Millicent that Duane Jr. went camping somewhere without telling him,also he drove to where he was going to camp because he just got his driver's license from a birthday card that Millicent gave them,Duane Jr. got his own motorcycle that they found in the wants ad that was fixed up and MIllicent said she will give him a helmet and funeral insurance money and said life will make Duane Scrod unpleasant if she does not see her grandson again and they also talk about Whitney,Meanwhile Nick and his mother flew up in Thursday in the lobby and a doctor told that Nick's dad would be groggy when he is a waken up.When Nick's dad waked up,Nick's mom told Nick's dad she told him when to come home at.After a visit from Duane Scrod,Dr.Dressler and Jason Marshall heard a voice message on her home that sounds like the letter she wrote about something about a family emergency,but voice message said about a family.Soon a Truman student was caught driving a stolen sno-cone truck and it was news that went all over Miami.Dr.Dressler asked Jason Marshall when he is going back to class and Jason said yes,to call back  and tell when he is coming back
