Ms Starch Should be more friendly(also known as being a bit more nicer) because she won't be that much feared when she comes in to the classroom and start one of her lessons.
She'd probably see what the kids see and be nicer and probably seen better by the teachers and everyone else and maybe even the town that she lives in.
